Parents: Luna, Discord (Non-biological)

Misc.:

- Ourania's conception was quite unorthodox. With Luna's desire to have a child but having no partner, eventually a plan was formed to create a child through magic. With a strand of her hair, an interstellar cloud and a little chaos magic, provided by Discord, Ourania came to be in the world.

- Due to Discord's hand in her creation, by technicality he could be considered her father but they share no biological relation. However, he is still very much a father figure to her.

- Curved horn and bat-like wings are remnants from Nightmare Moon and influence from Discord's magic.

- The 'sparkles' in her hair, are actually a reflection of the stars. They will mirror current positions of constellations, etc.
- Has a deep connection with celestial objects and their processes, including the sun and moon. She has limited control over them, but still is very much in tune with them.
- Often creates meteor showers or manipulates comets to entertain and fascinate ponies.
- During colder months her wings become covered in downy feathers, giving the appearance of almost normal pegasus wings. Parts of her wings will retain feathers year-round, however.
